Blackberry Cobbler

Crust Ingredients
1 cup Butter 8 oz Cream Cheese
3 cups Flour ---

Blend butter and cream cheese then add flour and blend with pastry blender.   Separate out 1 and 1/4 cups of this mixture to be used to make the topping.   Put the rest of the mixture into a 9 x 13 pan.   Pat into the bottom of the pan and up the sides of the pan.

Topping Ingredients
1 1/4 cup crust mixture from above step 3/4 cup Sugar
1/2 cup Flour ---

Blend all topping ingredients together with pastry blender until crumbly.

Filling Ingredients
9 cups Blackberries 2 cups Sugar
1 tablespoon Vanilla (optional) ---

Pour blackberries into the crust in 9 x 13 pan.   Sprinkle sugar over blackberries.   Pour vanilla over blackberries.   Sprinkle topping over blackberries.

Bake at 350 degrees until filling is bubbly and the topping is brown.   Bake time is approximately 1 hour.
